Cost of Service & Additional Charges
The charges for BlinkRide services are displayed in the BlinkRide app and may vary depending on the service type, trip details, location, date, and time. Customers can review the applicable fare before confirming a booking.
For future or scheduled rides, the estimated fare and applicable charges will also be displayed during the booking process before the ride is confirmed.
BlinkRide may apply additional charges where applicable, including waiting time, tolls, parking, extra stops, service fees, or applicable taxes and surcharges. Any applicable charges will be communicated or displayed through the BlinkRide app.
Payment
To keep your account information accurate and ensure uninterrupted service, please keep your payment details up to date, including your credit card number and expiration date. Any changes to your payment method should be updated promptly.
All charges are due according to the agreed payment terms. If any outstanding balance remains unpaid for more than 30 days, a late payment charge of 2% per month may apply to the overdue amount.
Liability for Property
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that BlinkRide is not responsible for any personal belongings, luggage, packages, or other items left in, placed in, or entrusted to the driver or vehicle. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all personal property is collected and secured before leaving the vehicle.
Customer Obligation to Inform
The Customer acknowledges that BlinkRide relies on the information and statements provided by the Customer when providing its services and establishing any applicable payment or credit terms. The Customer agrees to promptly notify BlinkRide of any changes, updates, or inaccuracies to the information provided in this Agreement.
Accuracy of Information
The Customer represents and warrants that all information provided to BlinkRide is complete, accurate, and truthful to the best of their knowledge. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all information remains current and for complying with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any applicable obligations of its authorized representatives, agents, and employees.
Access to Information
Customers have the right to request access to the personal information that BlinkRide holds about them, subject to applicable privacy and data protection laws. To verify your identity, BlinkRide may require valid identification or other information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity before processing an access request. Customers may submit a written request through BlinkRide’s designated customer support channels, and BlinkRide will make reasonable efforts to review and respond to such requests within the timeframe required by applicable law. Where permitted by law, reasonable administrative fees may apply to certain requests.
Dispute Resolution
